SmartDebit shortlisted for Best Customer Experience Award 2019

The Institute of Customer Service UK Customer Satisfaction Awards finalists have been announced and SmartDebit are delighted to have been shortlisted for the Best Customer Experience Award category.

The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards is the only customer service awards run by the professional body for customer service.

SmartDebit has been shortlisted for improving standards in the face of change. Over the past year, SmartDebit’s award-winning Customer Service team has managed the migration of the entire Customer user base from our legacy portal to our new Pulse® platform, four months ahead of schedule, with nil Customer complaints, and receiving positive NPS (Net Promoter Score) feedback about the new product.
