Bacs and how it relates to Direct Debit - Gain a comprehensive view of what Bacs is and how it works – including the all-important processing cycle.

I work as part of a small team and was invited along to the Direct Debit Made Easy course by our finance director. Although I do not process Direct Debits as part of my role, I found the course to be very useful as it will enable me to support the team with the increased knowledge I gained on Bacs processes.
I have been on a few courses recently, and that was by far the best. To the point, professional, useful and such a friendly approach taken it really didn’t feel like I was on a course at all. The content, structure and the presenter were excellent, and the interactive parts were fantastic.
