The Scottish trade association for the electrical contracting industry found their 'Direct Debit Made Easy' course so useful, that they switched their processing to SmartDebit.

  • Our trainer Claire delivered an exceptional training session for myself and four colleagues. We needed training that started at the beginning and took us through every aspect of Direct Debit. She took the time to understand how we were processing Direct Debit collections, and this meant that the course was tailored to our current processes and led to some very interesting discussions.

  • I work as part of a small team and was invited along to the Direct Debit Made Easy course by our finance director. Although I do not process Direct Debits as part of my role, I found the course to be very useful as it will enable me to support the team with the increased knowledge I gained on Bacs processes.

  • I have been on a few courses recently, and that was by far the best. To the point, professional, useful and such a friendly approach taken it really didn’t feel like I was on a course at all. The content, structure and the presenter were excellent, and the interactive parts were fantastic.

How can the training be delivered?

Our experienced trainers can deliver the accredited course as a one-day, interactive, face-to-face course. Alternatively this can be delivered via a series of three webinars with dates and times flexible to meet your needs.

We also offer standard courses around the UK which are open for anyone to attend, however please note these are now postponed as of March 2020 and our webinar option is the perfect mode of delivery at this time.
