SmartDebit shortlisted for Best Achievement in Customer Service Award 2019
The Card and Payment Awards 2019 finalists have been announced and SmartDebit are delighted to have been shortlisted for the Best Achievement in Customer Service category.
The Card & Payments Awards recognise customer service, excellence and innovation in the UK and Irish card and payments industry. Over the past 14 years, many eligible organisations have competed for one of these prestigious Awards which are judged annually by an independent panel of industry experts.
SmartDebit’s Customer Service team has been shortlisted for improving standards in the face of change. Over the past year, SmartDebit’s award-winning Customer Service team has managed the migration of the entire Customer user base from our legacy portal to our new Pulse® platform, 4 months ahead of schedule, with 0 Customer complaints, and receiving positive NPS (Net Promoter Score) feedback about the new product.
