Who will be the point of contact throughout your AUDDIS Migration?
AUDDIS (Automated Direct Debit Instruction Service) enables you to set-up new Direct Debit Instructions (DDIs) to your payers' banks electronically. Since 2008, all new organisations who collect Direct Debit have had to use AUDDIS, but many organisations may still have a paper-based system in place which is restricting their Direct Debit collection process.
The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy migrated to AUDDIS with SmartDebit, and as a result boosted their membership applications by 50%.
AUDDIS is standard throughout the banking industry, accepted by all banks and will allow you to set up Direct Debit Instructions over the telephone, internet or face-to-face without the customer having to sign a paper Instruction.
The Scottish trade association for the electrical contracting industry discovered the benefits of AUDDIS as a result of our 'Direct Debit Made Easy' training course.
